Tendinopathy pain

Hi all,

Pain education in tendinopathy is tricky, partly because it is unchartered territory and partly because no one agrees on the pain mechanisms. In our clinic we use a simple 6 page education document, and I have also recently put together this short pain education video designed for tendinopathy patients. Hope you enjoy it and would value feedback. It is a first draft.
